Nice little local coffee shop. Almond milk options for lattes. Gluten free salads and usually a fresh daily gluten free and vegan soup. Sandwiches and wraps, cookies and muffins for the gluten lovers out there. Polite staff. Cash only.

Great value for delicious home made food. I had a half sandwich, salad, soup deal. I had shrimp bisque which I overheard some seniors beside me describe as their best soup so naturally I went for that. Their house salad has lots of goodness topping the lettuce with their home made dressing. Sandwich was a deliciously tall turkey.

Fresh, healthy, and nourishing light meals, served quickly by the friendly staff. I’ve tried their Mexican Wrap, Broccoli Soup, and Quinoa Salad and they were all wonderful. Simple, homey décor and not too many tables.
Just don’t go there for breakfast; they only have one breakfast-​type item on the menu.

Excellent sandwiches, easily the best in Saanichton and Sidney. Homemade soups include from Carrot Ginger, Creamy Asparagus, Creamy Spinach, Tomato and Red Lentil plus more, all are superb.
