My Top Drawer

After seeing a news segment on tv about My Top Drawer, I really wanted to check out the store! I was a little disappointed to find out that there were no locations nearby but after some time I was able to convince my husband to make the drive with me to Niagara falls. I was in need of a good control top undergarment and figured it would be worth the expense to get a good quality product. The consultant in store was very helpful with sizing and recommended the Shapeez top. I happily purchased it and hoped to use it over the holidays. A few days later I decided to try it on again around the house but found that it kept rolling up. The top wouldn’t stay down once I started moving around, it would roll up way above my belly button area. Of course I would expect it to stay down since I bought it for the purpose of controlling my tummy. When I called the store and explained my situation I couldn’t believe the negative attitude that was given toward me. Basically the woman on the phone told me that there was nothing she could do and didn’t seem to care that I had a problem with her store’s product. Obviously I’m very upset! I drove an hour to purchase an expensive top that doesn’t work. I don’t exactly have money to waste and would at least expect better customer service. It seems like they are only nice to their customers when we are looking to make a purchase but if you have a problem afterwards, you’re out of luck. This was an overly disappointing experience!!!
