This place is awesome. I’m usually weary of fine dinning restaurants but this place really surprised me.
One of the owners greeted us at the door and continued being a great host for the entire dinner. Pure class. You won’t be dissapointed if you come to this place.

Stayed at the Sooke Harbour House, and we wanted to go for dinner somewhere in Sooke. The menu is limited, but varied enough for everyone to find something. We had a wonderful meal of clams and the leg of lamb. Both dishes were delicious. The owner/​server was very knowledgeable about the beer and wine she served, but what makes this place special is the thought and care that goes into every stage of their process. From sourcing local organic products to the execution — the lamb was done to perfection, and the clams with home made bacon was the hit of the night. The chocolate pudding at the end — was a great finale to the meal.

We sat outside at the picnic table for dinner, with our dog. The view was nice, the service was excellent, and the food was exquisite. And from what we understood, mostly organic and locally sourced. It was a bit chilly outside, but our server promptly brought us Mexican blankets, and warmth was restored! We had the lamb and iron skillet steak. A bit pricey, but very well worth it.

A great casual fine dining experience at a reasonable price point. The food is well sourced and tastes great! Nice view of the harbour. Staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this new restaurant in Sooke!
