Rent to own home in Spruce Grove tends to purchase homes that are in poor shape then they go and find some desperate family in need and ask them to pay a deposit that is never going to be refundable. We were suckered into this company. A home with many issues. A home inspection was never completed and we were led to believe that it was safe to live in. After moving out and putting thousands of dollars down as a deposit we were told that the shingles needed replacing, outside needed to be painted etc… these were all issues that needed fixed BEFORE we moved in. Buyer beware… hire a lawyer to review your agreement before signing any kind of contract and make sure you arrange a home inspection. The $ 550 could save you thousands!!!
