One of my absolute favourite places to spend my time. It has an extensive collection of every material: books, cds, audibooks, dvd, magazines, and they’re going to start adding video games to their collections as well. They also have several online ebook borrowing services. I suggest you stop by!

My spouse and I helped sister-​in-​law get a library card so that she could access inexpensive and educational/​fun activities for her wee kidlets.
The 5 year old is now ploughing her way through readers with me and rapidly catching up to her first grade peers. She also heartily enjoys the storytelling and craft time activities.
The 2 ½ year old is now working her way through the alphabet and is also in love with storytelling.
Thank you for your diverse programming, which makes learning fun for littles!

At first I was a bit weary of the library due to its size after coming from Edmonton. But they are connected to a vast number of other libraries and getting books DVDs music etc., is no problem.
Their iPhone app is also good and helpful in finding shows and movies that I haven’t seen in the long time. There is also a good selection of DVDs in stock to get a random movie at any time which is great.

Despite being a small library, this establishment is very customer friendly! They have excellent and energetic (strange for a library, eh?) staff; and their youth programs have won the local Chamber of Commerce Youth-​Friendly Business Award.
Free Wi-​Fi makes this an attractive place for me to come and get a change of scenery while working on my laptop. Also, they are a member of the Yellowhead Regional Public Library System (or some such thing), so there is a vast selection of books available even if they don’t have it in stock.
As soon as my kids walk in the door they beeline to their favorite section, and no week is complete without a trip here. This is not your typical stuffy library!

Although there isn’t a huge selection here. and it isn’t affiliated with the EPL system this place is great ! They have the friendliest library staff I have ever met. It took me about 30 minutes to sign up for a card because the lady at the front counter was so nice we kept talking and talking. Being able to order in books for free and having to only drive 5 minutes away from home to get a library makes me a frequent visitor to this place! Free wifi ! Place to do work quietly. This bookworm can’t say no. No more shady Churchill EPL for me (even though the selection was AWESOME) !
