Yummy food, friendly staff, and a wonderful atmosphere. It doesn’t get much better. Oh, did I mention the yummy food?! It’s a bit of a drive from Squamish but so so worth it. You won’t regret the trip.

What an amazing location. Great vibe hanging out on the lawn eating brunch. The potatoes were perfect and everything else was just as good. Simple menu with everything you need. Although They served us the most bizarre Caesars I’ve ever had with fistfuls of lemon zest dumped in each one. The lemon zest was a ridiculous amount and turned the drinks almost inedible from the over powering flavour of lemon and the texture as you drank lemon peel through a straw. I can only assume the bartender grabbed lemon zest instead of horseradish?!? I extracted all the precious vodka I could from this lemon-tomato soup before i gave up half way. The only thing holding them back from 5 stars was this abomination of a Canadian icon.

I am not a breakfast person, not on the weekdays and especially not on the weekends. So I wasn’t too pleased when my partner in crime asked to visit Fergies for breakfast. I woke up early, drove down a long winding deserted road and turned into a camping ground, literally. In the middle of the ground was a little house and that was Fergies. They had limited tables inside the little tiny house and lots of picnic tables under the trees on the grass in front of the little house. While I wanted to curl up in a corner booth and sulk, my partner in crime insisted we have our breakfast on a picnic table outside. I was not amused. At All. After swiping a few bugs off the picnic table and seat, I grumpily sat and waited for the benedict I ordered. I waited and waited and failed to appreciate the light wind whistling through the trees that were providing slight shade but yet allowing beams of sunlight to shine through randomly. I pouted and I huffed and I interacted with a few choice insects on the table in this wee hour of the morning until my food arrived… …then my world changed. The Dubliner Benny was one of the best I’ve had in my life. Instead of a typical English muffin, they used a scone like bread, made fresh in house, as a base to two slices of thin green apples, a thick slice of ham and two poached eggs begging to be broken and yolked. Every piece of food served a purpose and worked together to sing a symphony of flavours in my mouth — from the sweet apple slices with a tinge of sour note to the soft and flaky scone to the orange-yellow lava of broken egg yolks slowly dripping down and coating my benedicts. As I ate, I noticed birds chirping, the green grass getting greener… it was like nature was the wine accompanying this benedict. I am not a breakfast person nor am I a morning person, but for Fergie’s, I’ll gladly make an exception!

Off the beaten path and Amazing food! The breakfasts are awesome. Great friendly service good prices with excellent surroundings to enjoy your meal. Ferries is truly as good as it gets. Be sure to go check out the river that runs along side of the property… during the right time of the year you can watch hundreds of Salmon swimming up stream

If you haven’t tried it yet, stop by. It will be worth it!!! The place is small and appears to be rundown. However the upside is that what this place lacks in street appeal it more than makes up for in food, both quality and serving size. We try and frequent whenever we can but have found that more people have discovered this and it is now hard to get in to eat due to it being so busy. They strive for local and organic ingredients as much as possible.

THE best breakfast in Squamish. Super casual, friendly atmosphere. Gorgeous setting on the Chekamus(funky patio and garden picnic tables in the summer). Delicious home-baked muffins and biscuits. Farm-fresh local eggs and homemade sausages for my meat-loving beloved. We live nearby and fine-out for breakfast at least weekly and this is a fave.

Great food done with a passion. Worth the extra drive to this unique setting on the river. They smoke their potatoes before cutting and frying for the breakfast plates. The breakfasts are very filling and even my two teenage boys had to work to finish their plates. when in Squamish Fergies is worth seeking out.

Excellent healthy variety of food & great breakfast option. You take a wooden spoon and they call u. Wait time can be 30 mins but worth the wait. You can help yourself to filtered water with mason jar glasses and it’s serve yourself style while u sit in the picnic tables. This is a favourite for campers who just don’t want to cook and motorcyclist who knows this special little joint. Ordered breakfast which included fresh baked biscuit(too doughy 4 me) with green apple, home made hollandaise, poached eggs and sautéed onion, crumbled bacon. Wow!

Organic and very local. You cannot go wrong with any item on the menu and when you wait your kids can play outside. This place has a lot of character and perfectly fits British Columbia outdoor style

Food: the Dubliner Benny was so good I ate it two days in a row, but everyone who ate there kept raving about how delicious their meals were too. Location: excellent outdoor area, scattered picnic tables, under trees, beautiful. Wait times: fairly popular over the weekends(brunch) and small kitchen means the wait can easily be an hour or more. I recommend placing your order and then going for a walk/bike ride before it’s ready. Just make sure you’re back on time.

Came here on a(very) rainy day at the recommendation of a taxi driver. Indoor seating is limited but there are plenty of outdoor tables. It’s a year-round operation but probably thrives in the fishing season. Food is excellent. We tried the chicken burger, salmon burger and brisket. Friendly service along with local customers. Picnic table furnishings. Clean washroom. Great view of the river flowing past the parking area.

Stopped by exhausted after lounging by a river. Hardly anything veggie for the Wife but goddamn the homemade sausage was a feast. And the slaw! The slaw was the most perfect slaw I ever had. A beautiful symphony with red cabbage and garlic, lots of garlic. The wife settled for a very handsome and apparently tasty Caesar salad. The spot is just cute as fuck to boot! So’s the wife. Great lunch date.

We stopped by after a gorgeous hike around near by brohm lake with the pups. The food was fantastic!(Gluten free pulled pork eggs Benny) but the atmosphere was better, we sat outside on the picnic tables with the dogs taking in the gorgeous views. If your driving through Squamish you need to check this place out!

We stayed at Sunwolf and had BBQ dinner after rafting. Fergie’s made the fixings, yum. We also had breakfast at Fergie’s and could have invited a few of our friends because we had so much great food. We only arrived an hour after they opened but had missed out on the smoked pork. Not a crisis but I was thinking those mountain bikers must have scooped me! Still, all was wonderful and we had our breakfast outside with the sound of the river in the background. Very casual, nice and relaxed and I overheard they can be really busy on the weekend. The coffee was good but as a previous reviewer noted, it isn’t Starbucks, thank heavens.

The perfect type of place right near Alice Lake, the Tenderfoot Hatchery, and Squamish. The food was fresh(so much so that they had run out of quite a few items) and you can see the smoker at work. The beer is local, and the service is friendly. You sit outside on picnic tables overlooking the beautiful area around. There’s even a tire swing. I would love to stay in the cabins. My smoked chicken and salmon were a little overcooked, but good. My boyfriend’s fish and chips was okay, though not the best he had in the area. However, the prices are good and the atmosphere perfect. I would still recommend it! Also, the french fries were delicious.
