I was not overly happy with the service I received. I felt as if I were a burden to the receptionist, I needed glasses and they refused to acknowledge I was in the room, nor did they offer me any assistance in choosing glasses since I have never had a pair before. Won’t be coming back.

Visited this clinic after moving to Squamish. Dr. Bowden was great with my daughter and quickly made her feel at ease. The whole Optimize team made the entire process from eye exam to new glasses a pleasure compared to some other clinics in the city. 5 stars for Optimize with small town service!
