Alberta’s Biggest Idiot. When the PR card was introduced in 2001 I think, my family and I went here to get photos per the published specifications which specifically said that they were different from citizenship card photos. I told this to the guy who I believe was the owner and gave him a copy thereof. He said he knows how the photos are done, and I repeated that these are new specs and are different from citizenship card photos. So the end product was citizenship card photos with the only difference being his cutting off the white signature strip at the bottom (as it was in those days), and he showed us with his template how the framing was to (citizenship card) spec. He was condescending and rude throughout the process and said that is how they are done and as such would not do them again. So we left without the photos. We eventually got the photos of the right specs elsewhere. I did not want him holding on to our photos so we went back to pay for and get them.
