BJ’s Fix It Shop in St. Albert completed unauthorized repairs to a snow blower we own. My husband called the shop and explained the machine likely had bad gas in it, as it’s pretty much brand new and we couldn’t get it to start. Along with fixing this — they also did a tune up on it — Kevin didn’t realize till he got home the bill seemed unreasonably high. He went back in after work today and explained we did not ask for a tune up, the snowblower is brand new. They refused to refund the difference in the bill insisting Kevin asked for that work. When he again explained he didn’t, they still refused. Really?! Beware folks — this is not the first time we’ve seen questionable work completed that was not authorized.

Quick turn around!!! Dropped off our mower at 1 pm and I was called to pick it up by 5pm. Reasonably priced– highly recommend.

Can’t believe this guy. The mower I bought didn’t work and he wouldn’t give me my money back or offer to replace the mower! He didn’t have a sign to say ‘final sale’ or something like that. He didnt tell me either. I had to come back to the store and demand he does something to rectify the situation.
This guy is rude, condescending and ridiculously unprofessional. Save yourself money, frustration and time by going anywhere else!

Brian and his staff are great.
His demeanor when he is busy is all work and as a business owner I get it. Don’t let his (sometimes) gruffness put you off! He can fix anything.
