Service was horrible, staff was rude and inattentive. Ten people in the restraint at 9:40pm and the wait staff is sitting in the corner playing on thier cellphones. Took fifteen minutes to get seated. Food was good that’s why the extra star.

Fast delivery. Polite driver. Pizza was great. Mediterranean Salad was a disappointment, more than half was iceberg lettuce.

1 star for the nice staff. I really don’t know what happened to this place. I haven’t eaten at BP’s in years but I don’t remember it being this crummy with the service. The food was fine but the service was absolutely terrible. This is the second time I visit this location in one month and each time was disappointing. My friend and I walked in at 5 didn’t get seated until 5:10 yet the restaurant was still quite empty at this hour. From 5:10 — 5:30 the only thing we got was water and a cold cup of coffee. Our order hadn’t even been taken yet our waitress kept walking back and forth past our table. By the that time we were both fed up so we walked out. My friend asked them to waive the coffee and we left. This is coming from two people who normally suck it up and don’t like to complain much. We were asked if we wanted to speak to a manager but we had no interest as we never plan on coming back here again.
I had another incident kind of similar to this a month ago and I voiced my concern to the manager who was very kind and gave me a gift card. I really didn’t want to bother a second time especially since nothing seems to have changed.

Typical chain restaurant. Nothing spectacular. Food was good. Service was friendly. Still feels overpriced for what it is.

Great service. Fast online and takeout service. Havent eaten in but it always seems packed.
So I frequent this place for mostly online and takeout orders. The first time you do an online order you get a free bandera bread!!! Awesome nothing beats free food. Its quick and easy and I normally always order the same thing and it remembers your last order and literally just click repeat and order and your done. After signing in it takes 1 minute flat. When I arrive the staff quickly greet me and get my food in the back within 2 minutes. This is exceptional service. No other place can beat this fast service. Not even macdonalds or tim hortons even starbucks. Its that quick.
I only minused a star bc the pasta is average and really will just satisfy my pasta cravings or need for food when im in a bind (like no meals bc im working overtime). But other than that. Its much better than most bps I have frequented in the past.

My overall experience was really quite ok. The chicken quesadilla was a bit greasy, but my kids loved the pizza and the kids entrees. The staff was very friendly, overall a nice Sunday lunch-​time experience.

Boston Pizza serves TV dinner quality food at grotesquely inflated prices. While I’m not criticizing their business model, I am writing this review specifically for this location. I am particularly critical of service quality and my experience at the St. Albert north location certainly lacked that. A rude waitress coupled with low quality food made for an exceptionally bad experience.
