Their service department is a joke… I don’t recommend bringing your vehicles here for anything… Especially detailing as they have incredibly low standards when it comes to detailing both inside and out. Won’t be buying my new truck here for this reason nor will I be recommending this dealership to anyone. All respect lost.

After dealing with the worst experience (bait and switch) at the Go Auto Outlet, I came here to find a used truck. Immediately I was put at ease, which is saying a lot after getting jerked around like that earlier. I had Bob Robbins help me, who was very knowledgable and kind. And when financing, Mike Erickson took extra time out of his day to get me the lowest interest rate possible with his wizardry. I had a great time buying my truck here and highly recommend this dealership to others I talk to.

Took my Honda in for the out of province inspection. They tried to charge me over 1K saying all my wiper mechanisms needed to be changed and there was an ABS fault. I was very suspicious of this immediately as i could see no issue at all. I changed the wiper blades and took it to Alberta Honda for re-​inspection and it passed with no problems. The technicians at Alberta Honda could not believe that they had blatantly lied on the inspection.
I also had some repairs done on a H2 that I am suspecting now as well in light of this.
I will not be returning to this dealership.

I like to drop in here often, all of the people here seem great. I have not purchased a vehicle through them but I am sure in time I will.
I buy some parts and accessories from Surfer Joe in his hut… that’s, right, he has a surf hut set up inside. The knowledge he has was what lead me to him in the first place, if they make it he can find it for you!
If you are looking for a great selection of some very cool GM products don’t hesitate to stop here, no pushy salesman, and a very comfortable atmosphere. They even have some rare cool vehicles on hand, check out the Hawaiian while you can, this vintage dragster has a ton of history.

I booked my truck in one week ago. I wanted an oil change, all fluids checked, there was a squealing/​grinding sound coming from (I thought the left front wheel), and a tune up. They asked to have the car in at 7 am. I dropped the truck off at 7 am and the puppy and I walked home. 5 hours later they called me to tell me they managed to get the oil changed but hadn’t had a chance to do anything other work yet, but the alignment team did note that my front wheels were out of alignment. They asked of I wanted a wheel alignment, I said go ahead.
Four and a half hours later they called back and said that they now have the fuel filter replaced and will be doing the wheel alignment next and my truck will be ready in an hour and a half (6 pm). At 5:45 they called and said they didn’t have time to do the alignment. I could leave the truck and they could do it tomorrow or I could pick the truck up tonight and rebook it back in.
I picked the truck up and it won’t be rebooked back in. 11 hours to do an oil change, replace a fuel filter and rotate my tires.
I hope they have a large customer base, because this kind of service will result in a loss of lot of them.
