Fix Auto Stoney Creek – R&R Collision Centre

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Make sure they put everything in writing or they will not honor it!
I went to Fix Auto Millen Rd to get my car door fixed after someone had hit it with their car. The man who hit my car came with me for the quote and it was understood by us and the estimator that I was to just drop my car off and the bill would be taken care of.
The day I was to pick up my car the man at the front desk told me it was my responsibility to pay for it and that there was no record of our previous deal. When I tried to argue my point, he began to yell at me and then hung up the phone. When my fiancé called them back (I was too upset to talk to him again) the man yelled at him, but eventually apologized for being so unprofessional. I can only assume he apologized to him because he was now speaking to man. Overall I would NEVER recommend this shit hole to anyone who needs their car fixed. They are extremely unprofessional and do not follow through with any agreement they have promised. Poor customer service overall. And the old man at the front desk (he may also work on the cars but I don’t know) should be fired as he obviously cannot handle properly communicating with customers.
