I had to go to this Wendys since the other Wendys is having some remodeling done. I ordered a frosty and a potato and my spouse ordered the pulled pork sammy. He said it was pretty good. I guess so since he ate it in two bites. My potato was above the board with broccoli goodness and my frosty was thick and cold. One point to add us that this location has a nice view of the water so you can either sit in your car or use the lunch tables. Very relaxing as ling as the employees dont come out and start smoking by you.

Is it wrong to visit a Wendy’s on PEI specifically to try their poutine? I vote no. It wasn’t bad! The fries were crispy, and it was covered with the right amount of beef gravy and large cheese curds. The one comment I got was that the gravy is slightly spicier(peppery) than traditional poutine, but I actually liked it better this way. Another learning curve — instead of Trash and Recycle options, they had Waste and Compost. I had no idea what went into Compost, so I had to «casually» look in to see if I could figure it out without being stared at. I think I got it right. But I had no clue what to do with the plastic water bottle, so I just took it with me.
