Horrible service! I asked the receptionist over a telephone call to book me in for vestibular therapy as I have vertigo. She books me in on Friday. I arrive and provide all my information and she starts asking me all the preliminary questions. One of them being if I have dizziness and I advised her that yes I have vertigo again. She looked puzzled and stated to me «oh you didn’t tell me you have vertigo, the doctor is not in on fridays». I advised her I told her on the first call, clearly she did not listen as I had to repeat a few things in person for her as-​well. They have a $ 20 cancellation fee and are willing to charge that, but what about my baby sitter fee that I paid for no reason. Completely unprofessional and they are not BBB credited. Go figure!
