Another Lower Mainland dealer with less than minimal service standards. After seeing an ad, I Phoned the rep there, booked a meeting 1 week in advance to see the car that I was interested in, chq book in pocket. Not only, did they not show up, their office was closed and no car in the lot. Zero, nothing.
I called the rep 20 mins later after waiting. He was not only unapologetic, for not showing up. he was completely ignorant regards to any kind of business protocol. No listening, no communication skills.
I would strongly urge everyone to stay away from this horribly, irresponsible, unprofessional business.
Their business is in the back garage of a Repo lot. No signs, nothing to identify the business. Figures.
