Aura Orthodontics

I went to Aura orthodontics in Surrey for consultation with Dr. Vishal Shama. After I filled out the form, one of the receptionist took me in to a little room for some pictures and left me sitting there waitting… I waited for 20 min and finally Dr Shama came in. He examined my teeth and the coordinator lady wrote down my record… I asked the Dr questions how is he going to fix my teeth and all he told me was don’t worry, I’m gonna make it look nice and he told me that the coordinator will explain if I have any question then he left. Going to dif room, the coordinator lady told me the price how much it will cost to do my teeth but when I asked for the price sheet print out and she said that we don’t give out the price on paper!!! (I wonder why??? Is there something to hide here??? Why she can give me the quote, but nothing print out of what we discussed… How professional they are!!!) I left the place with only her business card in my hand and an empty knowledge of how they gonna fix my teeth… After that appointment, I booked couple more places for consultation and none of them were like that. They all had gave me print out sheet with the price and payment plan. If comparing to other places I went then Aura orthodontic is abit cheaper but the services and how professional of the Dr and coordinator did turn me away regardless of how good they are. My experiences to you is that take your time, do your homework, try to book at least 5 places for consultation, make note all the questions and concern that you have and ask the Dr. all the questions that you have and take note everytime (as you might forget). Some Dr will tell you exactly what they gonna do to improve your teeth without asking and some dont (even when you ask)…After all the appointments, you can tell which Dr you can trust and feel most comfortable with. Thinking… if they are careless now (just for consultation) what make you think that they will care later especially you already paid for the service. I’m so happy that I finally found my Dr who I can trust (after 9 appointments that I went). Good luck to you all !!!

Dr. Sharma and his team are so helpful. I went in for my free consultation to talk about an underbite issue. From the moment I walked into his beautiful clinic I was greeted by the lovely staff.
During my consultation Dr. Sharma was very patient in answering all my neurotic questions. He was very knowledgeable and had dealt with my case many times before. He recommended an invisalign treatment which is good because I didn’t want a treatment that was too visual.
I’m on my 10^th tray and I’m seeing some dramatic results! I’ve been watching his web videos and reading his blogs about invisalign which are very helpful.
The clinic can get really busy at times but they do a good job of not making you wait too long. If your looking for great orthodontist that actually listens to your concerns and gets proper results check this place out.
