I’ve met with several different security companies and either the prices kept changing, the price was just high, or the process was complicated (the sales guy, wasn’t the install guy, and then the install process involved multiple drilling points in my house and wireless versions were always an «add on» that was way to expensive).
Greg came was in the neighbourhood and went through all the features, took the time to explain everything and the price was the price, there were some additional costs based on what I wanted but it was completely reasonable. He spent an hour the first day explaining options, 5 – 6 doing the install– perfectly, explaining as he went along (I am very picky and he really did a fantastic job, I should know– I work in telecommunications and know wire installation), then came back another day to review all the features and ensured I had all the aps installed in my phone and computer access. Seriously exceeding all expectations, he was professional, polite, and someone you can trust to care about the customer vs. his profit margins. And people please, if you’re getting a security system, you get what you pay for so don’t sit there and try to negotiate it to death. This whole process was a give and take, he could only do what I asked for and he really does listen.
I would highly recommend Chase Security and Greg to come into your home, and have you feeling taken care of and secure in your home.
OH and I got the Lynx 5200 system. Awesome job Greg!!! Thank you so much for everything, my family will sleep much better at night.
