This was an absolute BLAST! I did the 5k last Saturday with my partner and 2 other friends of ours and we’ll be there again next year! What an accomplishment to cross the finish line. The staff make this run so much fun. While you’re running you will cross different «color stations» where staff members will either throw the dyed cornstarch at you or spray you with dyed water.
You can bring your own water bottle but there will be a water station about ½ way through the run.
When you get to the finish line, there will be a party waiting for you to join! Lots of music, dancing and also contest!
This place is very crowded and you will have to find parking, usually not very close but definitely walkable.
I’d recommend any and everyone to do this run. I am NOT athletic and i am over weight and i pushed through and jogged/​walked this in about 45 minutes. There are a few SMALL hills to run up but just stay motivated and keep it trucking!
