Had mothers day brunch here yest w friends. I am neither a father nor brought my mother here but right as we entered a staff called my friends mother mum which I thought was too casual & disrespectful so less star. Washrooms are old & dated so less anther star. Food was delcious. Usual breakfast goodies. I loved their larger sized sausages. Eggs benny was ok. Not runny but others may find it overcooked. Not much for hollandaise sauce. Other hot food was excellent. I particularly liked the homemade ravioli stuffed w portecella mushrooms. Im not much of a desertt fan but cakes were very light & not too sweet. Good variety of food. Service was well organized &attentive. On one of the busiest brunch days I was very pleased w the buffet experience. Where they gained back two stars, three in my books was the staff that took care of somebodys mother. A lady maybe 90 to 100 came in w her family who had many age related challenges was dropped off by her family. Next thing you know the family was nowhere to be seen & the poor staff was left to tend to her needs. Its been said that our society has little value for old people well in my opinion what I saw was outrageous. Value of older people should begin w individual familes. To the poor excuse of human beings that abandoned their mother at the venue beware b/c Carma will get you. Great over & above call of duty by one staff member just warms my heart & is nice to see.

Played my first round of golf outside the US here at Eagle quest-coyote creek yesterday afternoon. The course is shorter than what I’m use to playing(5,000 yrds vs. 7,000 yrds back home), but overall the course is nice. The holes are very reachable in 2, and this a great place to practice your short game(didn’t even pull out the driver). Although the layout is very straight forward, the narrow fairways make it a little challenging. The course is in good shape and would play it again.

Not sure about the golfing here but the banquet is great! We’ve had our organizations annual golf and banquet here twice now. The price is pretty good for what we get. The buffet spread is good. They have a ton of different salads, corn on the cob, baked potato, and choice of steak, chicken, or salmon. My only recommedation is to put the corn first in line on the buffet, otherwise I totally overload on the salads. The others who do golf here from our organization say that it’s a pretty good course.
