Just bought a ps4 from this store. Very friendly, approachable staff I won’t hesitate to recommend them! Very knowledgeable! I would come back in a heart beat! This store is one of the better eb games store I have been to!

i WALKED into this location hoping to get some original XBOX games, however, they didn’t have any. I understand that it is a 10 year unit, however, really it’s not that old of a unit. I guess I was one of those customers they would laugh at. I was greeted really pleasantly and was asked the minute I walked in if they could help me. They barely even gave me 2 minutes to get into the door until I was ambushed by eagerness which is a good and bad thing. The people at the store were awesome in providing me with 3 recommendations as to where I could find my games.

I have been going to this location since I started playing video games in my early teen years. I have probably spent over thousands of dollars here. I have had a variety of different customer service experiences from awesome to just downright disappointing. There are few staff members that I enjoy talking to when I’m there. Then there’s one that I avoid like the plague or at least try too.
