I’ve shopped there for many years. The staff has always been great. They’re more laid back than in US stores where you’re pestered frequently to buy something. The quality of goods they bring into the store is excellent!

Selection is ok — but the service is absolutely terrible! I went in there to find a pair of heels for an upcoming wedding — was going to put down abit of serious cash. Unfortunately, despite two salesperson being in the store and my being the only customer, neither of the two greeted me or asked if I needed any assistance. Seriously? In these economic times and being so close to the States shopping meccas, Elegante Shoes does not value their customers. Needless to say I never bought anything and will never be back. Their loss…
