Enviro-Tech Cleaning Services

I purchased this service through an Ethical Deal and from the moment that I tried to book the service with Enviro-​tech Cleaning Services I had problems with this company. They initially told me to book through their website and a technician would come to look at my unit before booking an appointment. For months, I tried to set a date/​time for them to come for that appointment but they would not commit to a specific date/​time but always told me a technician would come in on a particular week. No one ever came.
When I told them that I was dissatisfied with their lack of customer service, they told me to go back to Ethical Deal and request a refund. I contacted Ethical Deal 5 times by emails and phone calls and no one returned my calls, messages.
I eventually had to book an appointment for a carpet clean, without an inspection of my unit first. I booked an appointment for June 20, 2014 through the Enviro-​tech website. It was confirmed with a email receipt and the email said that I’d receive a confirmation call the day before or by 10am the day of. Nothing came.
On June 20^th I called their office, no answer. I sent 3 emails asking them to please call my cell phone with the time that are coming. At 11am they wrote back «We are now contacting the technician, we still waiting for his response regarding this for what happen…»
At 3pm I sent them another urgent message saying that I had been waiting at home for them all day and there has been no information. Within minutes I received this reply «i talk to the cleaner you need to get a refund from the deal site where you bought that coupon. as he is not going to clean your carpet today»
This is absolutely unbelievable service. I paid for this service, and have received nothing for that money except an absolute headache. I’m extremely dissatisfied with both Enviro-​Tech Cleaning and Ethical Deal for not responding to me.
I will report also report this company to The Better Business Bureau.
