I gave them a 3 star after we spoke to the OWNER I am now back to a 1 star he can’t be trusted stay away. I will repeat my story we schedule an estimate no one showed up I leave a bad review on Unilocal and then he wants to get in touch. Owner apologized and then told us how the receptionist dropped the ball but he will also send a star bucks gift card. This has been a couple of weeks now I know Canada post is slow but not this slow so keep your gift card and I know you can’t be trusted.

My experience with ferguson Moving & Storage Surrey was excellent. You and your guys did an excellent job and handled all our stuff with care. It was great that you were able to dis-​assemble and re-​assemble furniture for us as required. That was a huge help. I really have nothing bad to say about the experience. Our family have been moved around a lot since we came to Canada from Korea. We had hired many different companies before we hired Jani in Ferguson Moving & Storage. We moved from New Westminster to Coquitlam Centre. Unlike the other company, they worked efficiently and fast! Our family was amazed by their team work and time management skills. I have been recommending his service to my friends who look for the quality/​efficient moving experience. It was my pleasure to have them on my moving day.

My experience with Ferguson Moving and Storage was excellent. I met with several moving companies to get estimates and rates, and I chose Ferguson to move our office because of the professional customer service right off the bat. I needed packing services as well and I was assured that everything would be handled with care and attention and they definitely followed through with their promise. The manager provided us with an extremely friendly and professional team and they worked quickly and efficiently. They provided everything to make the whole day go as fast and smoothly as possible and we didn’t have any complaints.
I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone who is thinking to move. They are very trustworthy and have exceptional customer service skills from start to finish. I will be calling them again for any sort of move.

I have used Ferguson Moving twice now and have recommended their services to others. We had many antique furniture items and valuables in the move and everything was carefully handled. I appreciated having Jani from Ferguson as my contact person throughout the entire move… from the initial estimate to the day of moving and him even checking in after the move to ensure satisfaction. He was readily available at any time to answer all of my questions and assist as needed. I also appreciated that I knew the price of the move prior to the move, which other companies couldn’t offer. I would definitely use their services again!
