I hired Rizwan to do a standard check of a condo I’m purchasing and I met with him after the inspection was done. He took me through each room and explained what he looked at, what deficiencies or problems he noted, and what I should do to fix it, if necessary. He also outlined what the costs might be to repair things should I undertake to do so. He took the time to explain why things were the way they were (for example, the differences in building codes now as opposed to 20 years ago), which I appreciated a lot. He was very patient in explaining things to me and answered all questions thoroughly. I found him to be very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and he made me feel very comfortable with the inspection that was done and his findings. While I hope this is the last home inspection I need done for a long time, I would not hesitate to hire Rizwan again in the future. Thank you!
