Tucked away in Surrey is a magical park of hiking trails, wildlife and marshes. The area was originally clear cut to build a sports stadium but the residents protested, and instead the area was made to host a variety of wildlife from: coyotes, dragon flies, and deer. I admittedly saw niether the coyotes, or the deer but this place is a truely magically one. It’s the perfect for hiking, picnics, and drawing. If you ever need to get away from it all this is an amazing place to relax. It’s also wheelchair accesible for those who have wheelchairs that can go over more bumpy terrain. It has a wheelchair accesible«washroom» but really it’s an outhouse… So I would avoid it if you can ^^;. This place is nice, and quiet. It’s truely one of those nice parks to just relax in. Can I recommend this to families with kids? It doesn’t have playgrounds but it can certainly make your children appreciate the outdoors. Probably my favorite place in Surrey.
