The staff here are mostly friendly and do take the time to answer any questions you may have. I have been having my taxes done here since 2010. During the second year of filing they botched my year of birth some how and that caused a rather lengthy delay in the sending of my taxes and receiving of my return.
Best get your taxes in early. I’ve found over the past two years that they have gotten busier and busier with the influx of families in Cloverdale.
