Great selection/​pricing for glasses and contacts. Just switched over from my previous eye doctor, and will definitely be coming here again. She was very thorough while explaining my vision problems!

This optometrist clinic is a breath of fresh air. My last clinic was a pain in the ass and kept messing up my order, gave me glasses that didn’t fit and was VERY slow. Thank god the people working here have COMMON sense: D

I just had the most comprehensive eye exam of my life! I’ve had different experiences from the many optometrist offices throughout my life. Some have been good, others left me confused. Today’s eye exam experience I had with Dr. Dhillon at Image Optometry in Central City Mall would have to be the most informative, comfortable and time conscious one that I’ve had.
–It started with the best customer service experience over the phone for rescheduling my appointment multiple times. «NO PROBLEM» Is what they said.
–When I arrived early by an hr, the front desk receptionist welcomed me and immediately took me in, did my pre-​exam tests and a short 2minutes later I was greeted with a smile by Dr. Dhillon.
–She impressed me by how effectively she could explain and emphasize my specific eye health needs. Great communication skills! I felt I could ask her anything! This level of personalization was beyond any previous optometrist’s attempt. She’s definitely no cookie cutter optometrist.
To sum up: Great staff, great phone appointment system, and now I know why the Vancouver Canucks trust these Doctors for their eyes.
I definitely will be going back there and recommending them to my friends and family.

This place is alright, but their sales staff is not very upfront about what you may end up paying. They don’t initially tell you that frame-​less glasses have an additional fee that isn’t advertised on the sales sticker. they don’t tell you until the last minute that there are 2 additional fees not included in the package, called «Dare to compare», which is barely explained. There is one staff member there who wears see-​through dresses, so if you’re into that, go for it. Not making this up. It was an embarrassing and strange experience. If you send your questions or comments via email to the company, the owner is mysterious and anonymous, and not entirely helpful. Nobody will tell you his name or work telephone number.
