10 mins waiting for 2 fries!!! Wtf meanwhile the milkshake I ordered is melting away. Such poor service !

Lately every time i go to this location and go inside to order, it is incredibly slow. I dont know if its shortage of staff or what but its very annoying. And they mess up and get orders wrong a lot of the time. But that usually happens at all mcdonalds. I always have to check the bag before leaving the drive thru.

I believe this location to be one of the worst locations in all of Surrey!!! Went here with my mom and dad to grab a quick bite to eat and it was a disaster from the get go. Mom ordered a cheeseburger but minus the cheese (due to lactose intolerance) and despite it being a «grill» order they put cheese in it anyways. She also ordered fresh fries with no salt and they were cold and super salty but the girl behind the counter had no clue on what was going on.
If you don’t get here before 2:30 — 3:00 pm all hope to eat here is doomed as there are two elementary schools and a high a high school close by so you’ll be dining with the interesting teenage school crowd.
Upon leaving we noticed that the line up to order went from inside to outside. Exit stage left.

One of the better organized, well run drive thru’s. I always get efficient service and they never messed-​up my order. Fries are always hot and food has always been consistently good.
This is one of the better locations for late night service!
