I coordinate all the printing for my husband’s home-​based business as well as some non-​profit projects. Although I use a few other printers for some specific projects, I always consider Minuteman Press first (at least this store) because they are particularly trustworthy and price-​conscious, as well as giving me exactly what I need and always on time.
They are definitely my first go-​to on any print project, and I definitely recommend them as a first choice for printing needs.

I coordinate marketing for an international company and we needed to create marketing kits for a client with operations in Canada. The first print shop I contacted in Surrey took weeks at a time to get back to me on simple things like quotes or adjustments to my order. As my deadline approached I decided to look for a shop that would take the work seriously and after calling 4 other shops, Ryan answered the phone and said he could have my entire job quoted and completed within 2 days! And he and his staff made it happen. I could not be happier. He even made sure that 2 of the marketing kits were couriered to clients who needed them asap. Ryan showed great integrity in following through on what he promised and I will continue to use Minuteman Surrey for our ongoing printing needs in Canada.

The good ones I take along the way, bringing them from company to company and recommending them to colleagues, family, and friends. This Minuteman Press is always on the tip of my tongue.
I know what you’re thinking, dear reader. Your thinking «MinuteMan Press — isn’t that like a Kinko’s?» Sure, for many franchises, they could be considered a glorified Kinko’s — but not this Minuteman. While probably being rooted in the same humble beginnings, the team over at Minuteman Surrey has grown and changed rapidly over the past 7 years. I’ve watched as they increased their footprint and added on some solid specialty equipment (custom key cards, anyone?)
The level of service and professionalism I’ve experienced has been absolutely refreshing, with the team frequently going above and beyond for me. If I need something adjusted or fixed, they have always worked to make it right.
The pricing, from what I’ve experienced has been fair, very often being up to 20% less than other print houses for the same product (when comparing the same processing and stock).
Finally, as I’ve used them for many years, my needs and requirements have changed, and they’ve changed with me. They are always open to meeting my needs, even if it’s meant modifying a process on their end. For me, it comes down to trust. In this case, I can trust that the job will be done right.
