Exceptional customer service is simple, it’s not brain surgery. Treat your customers with respect, be true to your word and deliver your finest work.
Peter and Mary (and no, old schoolers, I didn’t ask if they had a Paul working for the company) showed up right on time, (Sunday morning 9:00…what was I thinking?!), were super courteous
and we’re cleaning within minutes. They worked non stop and were packed up and ready to go in an hour. My carpets looked better than when I moved in originally. An Exceptional job at an Exceptional price. My whole experience with Mary and Peter was a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend them if you are looking for a company with integrity to clean your carpets.

I had a different carpet cleaning company pull a no show, with all my furniture packed into my kitchen and office I was desperate. Peter’s Steam Carpet came in the following morning 10 minutes early, very polite, decent prices and the carpets look and smell wonderful! They were very apologetic about the other company not showing up, said that no customer deserves that treatment, and told me there were there to help. I highly recommend this company. They are a small, local, family run business and they truly care about their customers. I will be calling them on a yearly basis from now on.
