I have furnished an entire apartment and have made multiple trips into this store. Each time, I have gotten amazing service. When things need to be ordered, they have arrived exactly at the time they had given me. Most importantly, all items have arrived in perfect shape and well wrapped. I have had to make a few returns because of changing my mind and each return was handled efficiently and I was never made to feel as if I was a nuisance for returning something. I noticed some reviewers complaining about having to stand in line. This is a busy store and it can take some time to check-​out but they do their best. I LOVE this store and it’s staff!

Staff say hi! To you on way in, say have a nice day on way, oh but where were they in between. As you walk around you are asked by many associates if you can be helped. Second you pick something up even for a look they are on you. Then you get to cash to purchase the item and all of a sudden there is only the one associate (maybe) available for a line up of many. Been there a few times sine I’ve moved to the area and usually walk out with nothing as I’m not standing line for half an hour.

So after having a bad experience with the stores Coquitlam I decided to drive all the way to Surrey to purchase what I went to the Coquitlam store for. The associate asked what brought me to the store. I mentioned the bad experience I had at the other store and was looking for. She apologized and told me she didn’t have the item in the store but two other stores had it and gave me a 20% coupon. I don’t understand why the associates just couldn’t do the same at the Coquitlam store for me. Thank you Surrey store!

If you pay cash, beware! Recently bought rug there and paid cash (over $ 400). Didn’t look right in our place, so took it back. They couldn’t give me cash back, said look at bill on back, they can only give back cash if they have enough in the till. Clerk should have told me this when I paid cash (store manager agreed). Now waiting 10 to 14 days for check from head office in Texas. We are indeed a cashless society.

I can have some fun here when they have a great sale. Lots if fabulous stuff, especially if you like to keep current and have a few trendy bits and bobs in your place. Always a go to place if I am looking for a present for friends, something fun for the household.
