hi this pizza place is horribel. staff very rude and not trained for customer service. i order on line and i got very chip pizza .i asked the guy what the hell is this pizza and he said that u paid 15 $ for large pep and what u expact. i cant believe that. i just put the pizza there and i left

The pizzas are usually good in general, but the lady behind the til I think she’s the manager, needs some serious customer service training. She doesn’t sound friendly even when she tries!!!

This location has the best pizza hut I have tasted in Greater vancouver,
Yes their customer service isnt the best because they work hard on their pizzas they shouldnt get a bad review even my family members that dont like pizza hut that much agreed that the pizza from these guys was superior to other locations especially in the richmond and vancouver area. We use pizza hut to feed our little league team and will now switch to getting from this location.
deserve 5⁄5 excellent work on the pizza!

Worst customer service
Went inside and no one came in to get our order cus they’re too busy at the back
Two delivery men came in and told them we need help but they just hid beside the soda vending machine. All pizzahut place here in surrey has worst service
