Oct 27, 2015: This time I had to call Quicksilver Appliances to replace the latch on my dishwasher. Not only was Rick prompt to the scheduled appointment & quickly replaced the latch, he also gave me good tips on maintaining my refrigerator. Thanks again, Rick!
Jan 2016 — the problem with the latch was not fixed. Tried calling & emailing Rick multiple times from November till December — but no response. Too bad for me & the 3 month warranty with Quicksilver & the part. $ 209.99 wasted! Don’t bother spending your $$$ here — NOT reliable any longer.
