I had another opportunity to visit ranis bridal last month. I had to attend an event and went last minute to there store but like always they sold me a beautiful outfit and had it altered on time and even delivered to me before time. very happy with their service and will always keep going back to them also will always recommend them.

Avoid Rani’s Bridal!
Here is what happened with me:
I picked out a wedding outfit from this store. I placed a deposit in August, and was told that my customized wedding outfit would be ready for pickup in November. Upon calling Rani in November, I was told my outfit would arrive in late December, and after contacting her in late December, I was told it would arrive in January! I told Rani that January would be really late, as I still have to match my bridesmaids and fiancé’s outfits with my wedding outfit. Rani told me she would see what she could do.
After not hearing from her for almost 2 weeks, I called her and she told me to come pick up my deposit! I was so shocked and confused. I asked her what happened, and she told me that her vendors from India are refusing to make the outfit because she is having problems with them.
After explaining to her that I don’t have any time to look for another outfit as my wedding is soon approaching. Then she told me my outfit would be ready on the last day of December. And when I went to get it on this day, she told me it hasn’t been sent to her from India yet.
What a waste of my time! After waiting almost 5 months for my outfit, I had to walk out of this store with my deposit. And with only a few months left for my wedding, I had to arrange for another wedding outfit.
This was probably the most stressful situation I’ve ever had to deal with!
I would not recommend Rani’s Bridal to anyone.

Warning to potential customers: do not shop here unless you expect to be disappointed and ignored. I happened to order a customized lengha and was referred to Rani’s through a local relative. My expected time was 6 – 8 weeks i was told but it took 4 months. With this being said, it took several phone calls and voicemails in order to even get what I had paid for. Unfortunately I live outside of vancouver so that was the only way to communicated but I was ignored and probably had one phone call returned. Thank goodness for my relative following up and going to the boutique personally to find out on the status of my order. I finally received my order really late and wasnt impressed with the workmanship. Do not waste your time here unless you expect to get disappointed and upset and want to waste your money.
