as far as a company is concerned, i am sure they are ok but as far as Tom Mcconnell is concerned, i would never use him as an agent. he suggested we list my mom’s apartment in white rock for 10 thousand more than we listed it for because we wanted a quick sale. about a week later he wanted us to drop the price about 15 thousand dollars lower than the list price. the place sold with no thanks to him and when i asked him to check with the new owners if perhaps they had received any of my mail that slipped through the cracks, he refused to do so. i would never recommend him ever to anyone. i feel the only thing he was interested in was himself. do not be fooled by this guy. he is only in if for the money.
