I was a very good customer of their grocery delivery service. But, after a year of dealing with them, I’ve had enough of costly mistakes. I’ve had blatantly wrong substitutions charged to my bill, almost every coupon they’ve sent me requires a phone call to obtain the discount(if the coupon requires you purchase more than a certain dollar amount and, they are out of stock on something and don’t notify you until after delivery, then you don’t get the coupon discount — how is their lack of stock my fault?). I’ve had produce delivered that had to be used immediately as it was withering on delivery. Also, they most recently advised me to log in to their web page(instead of their custom Ipad app) to PROVE what I said I ordered(and the information was not there anyway). Unprofessional, errors that are always in their favor and, most recently, rude telephone customer service, VERY disappointing.

I happened to go back to check out their newly renovated store and design. I was impressed with the food selection and customer service. I will give them another try and hopefully they don’t disappoint.

I always buy my munchies, soda(I hate calling it pop — that’s so eww!), and sandwich meat. Also the eye candy is quite pleasing too, if you know what I mean. The only disappointment I had is I learned that pizza bites aren’t sold anywhere in Canada. It’s not Save On’s fault… But I’m just saying… Anyway I’d totally come to this place again. For real.
