Yes it’s one of the cheaper options out there. I suggest waiting for a promotion on the sign up costs. There is a mandatory fitness assessment that they charge extra for. There is a decent selection of equipment and classes. What I have noticed is that a lot of ladies do not wipe down equipment after use so I now wipe equipment before using equipment. The staff do not enforce basic gym hygiene on members. Would be nice if staff went around regularly to wipe down equipment to prevent germs from spreading. I might be asking too much as a lot of gyms have this issue. No contract obligation is great! You can cancel membership with 30 days notice.

It’s not a bad gym… I mean you get what you pay for. It’s one of the cheapest memberships around. However it’s a small facility and the equipment reflects that. They have a good variety of different machines but I would recommend paying the extra $ 5.00 so that you can go to any of the locations that offer much more. I often find myself upstairs waiting for one of the ab machines to be freed up. Overall, it gets the job done but it’s nothing to rave about. It’s easy to get bored of this location because there aren’t many windows at all so they don’t get a lot of natural light. This just makes the gym seem small and dull.
