Sport Chek Guildford

I love sports check so much. All their shoes, gears, sports jackets &a etc. But the customer service is so bad. So my byfriend & I went out to do some Christmas shopping and went straight to sportchek. Then these 2 girls was talking to each other while looking at us and started laughing and I can hear them really good, the were too loud. So we ignored them and started to do some shopping. Then by the time we were paying they were silent all of a sudden and didn’t even greet me. After I paid her, I realized I dropped my scarf and when in to look for it so I asked my boyfriend to hold on to my stuffs first and I’ll look for it. When I came back, that girl and my boyfriend were talking and both laughing and then she was quiet again after I came. My boyfriend told me that she was really nice at him and was really pleasant with him. Personally, my English is not good and I’m
New here in Canada. I don’t know if it’s racism or she’s flirting with my boyfriend. I am not impressed at all! Please improve the customer service or I will report this

When you go to a store like this good service is what you expect. And the last three times I’ve shopped, that is exactly what I have gotten.

Nice sports selection, hard to get help… Staff too busy socializing with each other.
