Taco Bell

Once I visited with my daughter. Food is fine but their service is very slow. It took ma 15 minutes to fetch my order.

I unabashedly admit: I love my Taco Bell starting with the cute commercials and the adorable Chihuahua mascot.
They are leaps and bounds above their BC competition Taco Time, phew Taco Time. Talk about choice and variety. They have a new feature pretty much every month and it never fails to please. Their current Think outside the Bun menu features their volcano menu, a little too much spice for me. I am more a chicken chalupa kinda girl with fries supreme, which is so addicting it should be illegal. This is Surrey people, what is in those fries! Well, for starters hot crunchy fries with a big scoop of taco meat over it, oozy cheese sauce, then cool sour cream and green onion and chopped tomatoes for garnish. We are talking serious withdrawal here once you get hooked so be forewarned.
They have a value menu and for $ 5 prepare to be stuffed. Nachos with cheese sauce, tacos, soft tacos, burritos, all about 1.39 each so five will go a long way.
But the way to go at your local Taco Bell is to be adventuresome; live your life on the edge… I do! Try the beef gordita supreme which is a flat bread lined with cheese, taco meat and all the fixings, mmm good. Try a crunch wrap supreme with 2 tortillas filled with goodness and grilled on either side. Steak taquitos are another of their latest inventions: rolled up tortillas filled with steak slices and deep fried.
Yup, I could do with some Taco Bell right about now! In fact I hear them calling my name! I hear a small mighty Chihuahua barking! Don’t worry Taco Bell I’ll be there.
