I think the reviews have been too generous. Expensive prices. I know that the subs are a bit bigger than most places, but not at their prices. The asian market up the street has equivalent subs at a lower price…

This used to be one of my fave shops to go to since my sister introduced it to me and when I lived in Surrey. They have other goodies besides the Subs that are a must try! Don’t expect trying to get any subs here after 4pm-5pm(I remember going there around that time at times and they have no more buns cause they all sold out!) It’s small, not super clean but. They don’t have a big space for people to sit and eat because this is mostly just a go in and pick up your order kind of joint. They’ve been around for a while and the reason is because they are good. I’ve tried almost all the different subs here, I can’t really tell you which is my favorite off the top of my head cause there are a few that are really good.

One of my favourite Banh Mi places in Surrey. The bread is always crusty and toasted while there are quite a few options of subs to select from. Very reasonably priced. The past couple of times I’ve been here I’ve seen Vietnamese moms buy a few sandwiches at a time… That is the tell tale sign that this place is decent right?

The Banh mi(Vietnamese sandwich) here is about a 7⁄10; not spectacular, but decent. $ 3.75 This is a bare bones Bahn Mi shop setting: a few home made Viet snacks, an old fridge with drinks, one table with 2 plastic chairs, a map of Vietnam, and a few dated posters of Vietnamese celebs. If you don’t speak Viet, skip the small talk. The people are kind, but«No English.»
