The Brick is the absolute worst company to deal with. No after sales service, and horrible warranty service. I purchased a sectional, which was quite cheap. This should have been a warning sign for me, but I didn’t think the couch could be that bad. I had the couch for a week and after using it for that long I noticed the cushions slid forward so it made it extremely uncomfortable to sit on. I called The Brick asking to exchange to a higher priced couch, but they wouldn’t let me citing their 3 day exchange policy. The sales person never told me about this 3 day policy, which is way too short to realize a couch isn’t what you wanted it to be. A warranty service person came to look at my couch and even said it was a poorly made couch, and that the cushions were indeed disformed. However, the warranty department still wouldn’t let me make an exchange. I’ll never shop from The Brick again. You’re much better shopping at a local retailer who actually gives a shit about customers.

This store is useless and if I could go back in time, I’d never have gone here. I went in to get a bedroom set, mattress and loveseat. I picked out everything and then their system went down. Of all the things I’d chosen, some were on offer for that weekend only and this was Sunday night. I couldn’t use my card but they said I could put it on a brick card and then come in and switch it out. Well they made that difficult. Several visits, multiple emails and many phone calls later, I finally got the card canceled a month later and everything put on my own credit card. Now, as if that wasn’t a headache enough, everything but the loveseat was delivered this weekend and I’ve discovered that the mattress is not the one I picked out. The wrong code must have been written down or something. As a side sleeper, a firm mattress isn’t an option. I tried sleeping on it yesterday, with the idea I’d deal with it until I can exchange it and woke up in pain as it cuts of the blood supply to my leg! A problem made even worse by the fact that I’m already on crutches for the other leg! No side sleeper in their right mind would lay on this mattress and choose it. So for the last two nights I’ve been sleeping on a chair in my living room and I’m obviously very cranky about it. Sure, they do allow for exchange of mattresses, but now I have to exchange a mattress I never picked, pay delivery again, and get none of the benefits of that exchange program because it’s a one time exchange and I’ll just have to now hope that the one I did actually pick is right for me. Do yourself a favour and go to a different store. If you have to shop at The Brick, at least don’t go to this one!

Their delivery service is really bad too. I was told they will deliver my furniture between 9 am to 12. It’s already past 1 pm hasn’t come yet and when I called the customer service what is happening she just laughed and hanged the phone to me without apologizing And explaining what is happening. It’s really bad they came almost 2 pm, the delivery people didn’t even apologize for ruining my time waisted for waiting for them. I will not buy to that store anymore and don’t waste your time paying for delivery service — it sucks. No star but I have no choice but putting 1 star because Unilocal will not post it

worst store i have ever been to!!! they brought me the wrong furniture and when they brought the right furniture it was missing 2 legs for the tables! went to the store to get the missing pieces and they ordered in the wrong pieces. the sales man(HARDEVANDKIRAN @ SURREYCENTRALLOCATION) scammed us into a stain remover warrenty that has so many loop holes!!!
