Trendy, airy and clean. It had a good entry level of shops to choose from (Gap, Winners, Thriftys, Everything wine etc). Would be nice to have a couple big chain stores there. Overall a good place to zip on and out of to get the basics.

This place kind of reminds me of Santana Row aka Satan Ho of Man Jose except without the high end stores, posers, gangsters, and snotty fobs.
This place is chill with down to earth Canadians minding their own business.
There is a Starbucks, London drug, GAP, sushi castle, menchie’s, mink café, Thrifty Foods, Steve Nash gym, residential condos above the business, etc…
It’s a nice strip mall, seems quiet, eh? Well google Morgan crossing shooting. Shit just got real. So, that’s why it gets three stars instead of a lousy one, that star goes Satan Ho. That’s another review later.
Overall, it’s nice and chill.
