TLC Dermal Laser burned both of my legs on my fourth treatment. The technician went over my leg multiple times with the laser and must have selected a setting far too high. It has been over two weeks since my legs were burned and I am slowly starting to recover. Furthermore, the clinic is not hygenic and they only provided me with a refund after I requested it and they even told me they usually don’t provide refunds… even if they burn your body. This clinic and it’s technicians are clearly not as experienced as they advertise. I have had laser hair removal at another clinic and never had any issues. I strongly recommend going to Delta Laser and paying a slightly higher cost but they are very professional and clearly more certified. Considering on how the resto of my recovery goes I am contemplating legal action against this clinic.
