Tom Lee seems to be getting all my business lately… I feel so … dirty and cheap…
sorry l&m…i can’t resist the cheaper prices…
Really on point customer service… decent inventory,
is it me or are they better price points than the competition?
Now I have 2 go –to music stores… win-​win.

These folks were great! It was my first time ever in any Tom Lee store and right from the get go people were friendly and said hi to us. They asked us what we were looking for, we told them and they looked hard for it. Turns out their computer lied so they called Langley to see if they had it. Which largely did!
So we were happy to make the drive out there for what we needed thanks to these friendly folks!

I live in Vancouver, but was in Surrey visiting some family so I thought I’d drop in and purchase some reeds for my daughters sax. It was a busy Sunday and they only had 2 people behind the counter and one on the floor. I stood in front of the counter for 10 mins and was never acknowledged until I had to basically demand to be served. I don’t like to do that, but I needed to get on with my day. Either way; I got what I needed and was on my way, but I was not impressed by the service at all. I can honestly say, I will probably just stick to Long and Mcquade. Or maybe its just the norm I Surrey, I dunno! Either way, tom lee in Surrey needs to step it up. Being understaffed is not the customers problem.
