I had a bad experience here and I’m not going to let this one away. The name of the person who I had an incident with is KAMAL. I ordered a burger then she asked me if i wanted a single or a junior but the way she pronounced junior was«donair». So I said wanted a single knowing that i dont want a donair. She punched in the order and the charge came in more than what I expected so I told her that I was pertaining to the cheaper burger the junior one. Then that’s when i realized that she her junior is donair I dont have any issue with the mistake commited cause that’s understandable… we have different ways of pronouncing things cause we came from different parts of the world. What I dont like is the way she reacted to it. So after that, she was showing a little attitude already. eing a little irate to me. I let it pass cause maybe she was just having a bad day or something. She looked for the manager and asked for things to be corrected from the register. I then inserted my debit card to the POS then an error occured. This is where it got worse. She noticed that there was error. she asked me what happened still in an irate manner… I said«i dont know»… SHETHENREMOVEDMYCARDFROMTHEPOSANDTHREWITRIGHTINFRONTOFMEONTHECASHREGISTER’S TABLE. SORUDEOFHER. I held back even if I was offended. I got my order thanking that she didnt spat on it and left. Told my uncle at the parking lot what just happened and he wanted me to get back in the store and tell her manager what she just did. The best thing to get at Wendy’s is chicken strips with flame thrower sauce on the side. Every time I go to Wendy’s that’s my go to meal, and they never disappoint me. The service here was great. Very friendly and very fast to get my food so I could catch my bus.
