I think their service could be more consistent. Sometimes it is excellent, other times not so much.

Good selection of high end cosmetics. Friendly but not so knowledgeable staff. I came to buy some Cle De Peau products. namely the concealer because I read somewhere that Holt Renfrew doesn’t carry it. I also wanted the brightening serum and they seem to only carry the older version (I bet Holts would have the current version) and some toner. The sales rep was a bit clueless about this skin care line. It seemed I knew way more about it than she did. I guess that’s the problem with shops that carry an array of product lines, the people who work there wouldn’t have detailed product knowledge of all the lines. It may have just been the SA that helped me that was a bit clueless. I’m sure the owner or a more senior SA would have been able to help me out more. The prices include HST so that’s nice… but I wonder if their prices would at all be any cheaper than Holts because of that. In the end I think I’d only come here if I needed something Holts didn’t carry. I don’t like dealing with SA’s that know minimal product knowledge. (Kinda like at Sephora.)
