They may be friendly but anyone who goes there will definitely over pay by an outrageous amount. They quoted my lenses alone (which is when I first got suspicious) and the lenses alone were more than my highly reputable Opticians office was going to charge for the lenses and Vanni frames! And yes, the lenses were comparable, so don’t let them tell you their lenses are «better». I just laughed and didn’t even bother negotiating. It was actually comical!
Honestly, you can do better. You are definitely over paying. Even if you have insurance, go somewhere else and get two pairs instead of buying one over priced pair from Eyeglass factory.
