Let me just start off by saying that I was so excited about this place– I just moved to the area from Alberta and wanted to find a nice salon to tan at occasionally. Well let me just say I have never been so disgusted in all my life with a tanning salon. I walked in the door and it kind of like two business in one location, one side is hair/​nails, etc and the other side is tanning. I walked into the door on the tanning side and there was a bag of chips of on the counter top and some kind of drink, there was no one around though– I stood there for honestly 9 mins before I am like okay? I went to the hair salon side and asked if there was anyone working at the tanning salon and the lady said just a minute. So I went back over to the tanking salon and waited and this other women came slandering over like it was a bother to her to serve me and goes, «what can I do for you?”-uhmmm I should have walked out the door at this point. I was like I have never been here before and I would like to know what kinda beds you have and the prices, etc. She rolls her eyes and is like well those are our prices and points to some mangled piece of paper on the desk. I ended up just buying a single session because it looked like they had decent beds. I get into the room and it was soooo dirtyyyy OMG! The tanning bed had long black hairs on it and scuff marks looked like it was never cleaned before and there was dust bunnies in the corner and the garbage was heaping over.
There was towels in the floor with what looked like spray tan liquid on them and there was empty water bottles just laying around. I seriously don’t know if this place has a manager or an owner– but they really need to go in there and first– hire helpful staff that actually want to help customers bs are knowledgable and know what tanning is. And secondly CLEAN the place– I hope I don’t get a disease from going here, yes! It was that bad.
