Booked this company to clean my heavily stained carpet and sofas based on online reviews. Started with an online booking form that was promptly followed by a call from a friendly lady who confirmed the details and applied discounts too. On the day of the appointment Daltony called to let me know he was on his way and arrived as scheduled. He then proceeded to do an excellent job. I was very pleased.
Unfortunately the next morning I discovered a cracked tile and some scratches on my hardwood. I emailed the owner and received a prompt email and request to come take a look at the damage. Neither of us could explain exactly how the damage had occurred, especially since Daltony had laid down protective runners before starting work, but accidents do happen. Mr. Majd was extremely responsive, took responsibility for fixing the damage, and within a couple of days both the tile was replaced and the wood floor was repaired. I am so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy shown by everyone I had contact with. I recommend them without hesitation and will definitely request their services in the future.
