I am the Wayne who got the referral mentioned in one of the other reviews here, but this turned out to be possibly the worst consumer experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional throughout. A 3 week job took 3 months and what was delivered did not fully work. Images file forgotten. My emails ignored when I asked for the promised extras. 5 Shades asked for more money to complete what had been originally committed. He is either a huge firm too busy for smaller jobs, or a one man show trying to seem like a real firm. Even if he is the former, the service is delivered like he were the latter.
